COVID – 19 Update for Lance’s Superior Auto
We are currently continuing to service and repair vehicles, but all personal contact will be conducted electronically- we are unable to allow people to come into the office for the safety of our customers (YOU), vendors, and of our technicians. Your safety and the safety of our community is our priority!
We will communicate via text, email or phone call. We will be taking payment over the phone for repairs and arranging your vehicle pick up after service(s) are performed. We will be wearing gloves while we are inside your car and then disinfecting the items we will be touching. We will send out updates as this situation evolves and we attempt to accommodate everyone in the safest way possible.
For key drop off, if there is someone in the office knock on the window/door and leave your key in the box below, and I will come out and get it. If there is no one in the office you can either wait until someone comes back in, or go to the rear of the building and use the key drop off system- but please DON’T lick the envelope.
Our shuttle service will be discontinued at this time.
